Marc Junker is a board member of Rabbitz Film AG and works as a Senior Producer and Director, specializing in image and reference films for clients such as SIEMENS ENERGY, BEMER, SIEMENS HEALTHINEERS, and AUDI. He plans, budgets, and executes film productions around the world. Both on set and in post-production, he oversees the projects creatively and organizationally, conducts interviews, collaborates with cinematographers to develop the visual language, and works closely with editors, graphic designers, and musicians to finalize each film.

In 2023, Marc won a prestigious Dolphin Award in Cannes (Silver in the category Technology, Research and Development) for his film "Greenergy Data Centers" (Director/Producer) for SIEMENS AG, and a Gold Award at the World Media Festival for "If the Sea Could Talk," produced for Siemens Energy. His productions "Audi Quattro Cup – Troy Mullins" (2022) and "The Future of Healthcare" (2021) also received intermedia-globe Awards. In 2020, Marc was honored with the German Design Award for his work on the film "Faces of BEMER."

From 2015 to 2017, Marc worked as a Producer at CONSTANTIN TELEVISION, developing new film projects and collaborating with renowned directors such as Christian Schwochow and Nicole Weegmann under the leadership of producers Kerstin Schmidbauer and Robin von der Leyen.

Marc studied Film Production at the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg from 2010 to 2015. In 2014, he developed and produced his diploma film Offline – Das Leben ist kein Bonuslevel together with RAT PACK FILMPRODUKTION — a co-production with SWR, arte, and BR in collaboration with the Filmakademie Baden-Württemberg.

After graduating from high school in 2005, Marc began working at MARKENFILM (Hamburg), where he supported campaigns for major brands like MEDIA MARKT, OBI, VODAFONE, and BITBURGER — first during an internship, then during his apprenticeship as a media management assistant, and later as an Assistant Producer.
